Vehicle Standards

As an industry defining luxury service, we must maintain consistent standards that will ensure satisfaction for our high end customers. Please read below the standards required of your vehicle class:

New First — Mercedes S-Class W223

  • Ambient lighting — Monochrome, set to colour number 21

  • Panoramic sunroof blinds — Interior window blinds & Rear window blind to remain open/down at the start of each journey.

  • Water — Fiji 500ml water only to be placed in each rear armrest cup-holder.

  • Amenities — 2 packets of sand coloured Wheely branded tissue packets & sanitiser wipes, 2 packets of white Oshibori scented towelettes to be neatly placed in the rear armrest.

  • Head pillows — Do not allow the head pillows to slide down from the headrest.

  • Scented Diffuser — Acqua di Parma scented diffuser to be positioned in the second-from-left dashboard air vent.

  • Phone charger cables — Plugged into the centre console. Cables to come out of the rear of the console and tucked neatly into the rear flap of the chauffeur seat & front passenger seat. The tip of the cable to stick out slightly for the customer to see it.

  • Dashboard screen / MBUX tablet screen — To remain blank/black during all customer journeys (with radio set to Classic FM and A/C set between 20-22 degrees).

  • Centre console front hatch — To remain closed at all times during journeys. Personal phone charger cable must be concealed inside the hatch. Phone charging to take place between journeys.

  • Phone holder — To be positioned on the right hand side of the steering wheel. Phone to be out of sight of customer (set to silent)

  • Engine Start-Stop — To be disabled at the start of each journey. This can be configured via vehicle settings or conducted manually via the button on the centre control panel

  • Ambient lighting — Single colour, set to colour number 58

  • Panoramic sunroof blinds — Interior window blinds & Rear window blind to remain open/down at the start of each journey

  • Water — Evian 330ml water only. 1 to be placed in each side door pocket

  • Amenities — 2 packets of sand coloured Wheely branded tissue packets & sanitizer wipes and 2 packets of white Oshibori scented towelettes to be neatly placed in the rear armrest

  • Head pillows — Do not allow the head pillows to slide down from the headrest

  • Phone charger cables — Plugged into the centre console. Cables to protrude from the rear of the console and tucked neatly into the rear flap of the chauffeur seat & front passenger seat. The tip of the cable to stick out slightly for the customer to see it

Business — Mercedes E-Class, EQE and EQS

  • Ambient lighting — Single colour, set to colour number 58, or at the 10 o’clock position on the colour wheel (sand colour), depending on which MBUX system is installed. For EQE and EQS, monochrome, set to colour number 21

  • Panoramic sunroof blinds — Interior blind to remain open at the start of each journey

  • Water — Evian 330ml water only. 1 to be placed in each side door pocket

  • Amenities — 2 packets of sand coloured Wheely branded tissue packets & sanitizer wipes to be neatly placed in the rear armrest. For EQE and EQS 1 packet of sand coloured Wheely branded tissues and 1 sand cloloured sanitizer wipe to be neatly placed in each side door pocket with the water

  • Phone charger cables — Plugged into the centre console. Cables to protrude from the rear of the console and tucked neatly into the rear flap of the chauffeur seat & front passenger seat. The tip of the cable to stick out slightly for the customer to see it

  • Dashboard screen / MBUX tablet screen — To remain blank/black during all customer journeys (with radio set to Classic FM and A/C set between 20-22 degrees)

  • Water — Evian 330ml water only. 1 to be placed in each side upper cup-holder. An additional bottle can be placed in the side door pockets

  • Amenities — 1 packet of sand coloured Wheely branded tissues and 1 sand cloloured sanitizer wipe to be neatly placed in each side bottom cup-holder

  • Phone charger cables — Plugged into each lower cup holder socket via an adaptor. Cables to be neatly wound around the upper cup holder to hang down for the customer to use

  • Dashboard screen / MBUX tablet screen — To remain blank/black during all customer journeys (with radio set to Classic FM and A/C set between 20-22 degrees)

  • Centre console front hatch — To remain closed at all times when with customers. Personal phone charger cable is not to be seen protruding from this hatch, but must be concealed inside the hatch. Phone charging to take place between journeys
